Today (25 Dec 2024), the Constitutional Court announced the results of the important case in the case of the Local Council Member or Local Government Election Act B.E. 2019, Section 50 (10), which states that those who have been convicted of a final judgment of an offense against their official position are prohibited from exercising the right to run for election as a local council member or local government administrator.
